You pay based on the number of decisions we augment or automate (SDU=Service Decision Unit). The number of decisions is derived from your operational metrics, such as support cases, repair orders, service jobs, warranty claims, or parts orders, ensuring pricing is directly linked to your business activity and measurable value.

Your Circuitry.ai subscription is a fully managed Enterprise-AI-as-a-Service model similar to SaaS and includes everything required, including full support and updates, to run AI in production securely and at scale:

What counts as a “service decision”?

A service decision represents an AI-assisted or automated process within your service operation, such as resolving a support case, processing a warranty claim, generating a repair recommendation, or generating a parts order. This structure directly aligns pricing with measurable business activity and value.

What are Service AI Workers?

Service AI Workers are modular, domain-trained AI personas like Service Advisor, Warranty Specialist, and Parts Advisor that augment or automate service processes. You can deploy additional AI Workers as your needs evolve, all powered by Circuitry.ai’s Decision Intelligence Platform that enables Autonomous Service Journeys.

Is pricing based on the number of users or seats?

No. Circuitry.ai’s pricing is not user-based. You can include your entire service organization, dealers, field technicians, warranty teams, and customers without worrying about user limits or license counts. This encourages full adoption and maximizes ROI from Service Decision Intelligence.

How do we forecast or estimate usage and adoption, so we pick the right tier?

You can estimate volume by using your historical service data, including support cases, repair orders, warranty claims, and parts transactions, to estimate your expected decision volume. As part of the sales process, Circuitry.ai helps you select the optimal tier that balances cost efficiency, adoption, and budget flexibility. Through decision-mapping workshops and baseline analytics, we identify where AI augmentation and automation will have the highest impact. This approach ensures you commit to a tier that:

  • Reflects your true operational volume,
  • Maximizes discount benefits
  • Keeps your subscription aligned with your budget objectives.

Can I start small and scale?

Absolutely. You can begin with a focused use case, such as Service Advisor, and scale to include additional Advisors, Analysts, and Agents. You can scale by upgrading tiers at any time to benefit from greater discounts and expanded automation coverage.

What happens if our usage exceeds the committed volume tier?

If your actual usage exceeds your committed decision volume, any extra usage is billed at the same unit price as your committed tier, so you continue to benefit from your existing discount rate.

Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time to access additional discounts and accommodate sustained growth in decision volume going forward.

Do all tiers include all features of the product?

Yes. All customers, regardless of tier, have access to the full set of Circuitry.ai platform features. The only difference across tiers is the number of Service Decisions included. You can configure and activate any Service AI Worker at any time based on your business needs. This ensures every customer benefits from the complete Decision Intelligence platform, with pricing that scales only with volume of service decisions.

How do we measure SDUs?

Circuitry.ai provides detailed analytics showing how many decisions were augmented or automated (e.g., number of conversations, work orders, parts orders, and warranty claims, etc.), the outcomes achieved (e.g., average handling time, first-time-fix improvement, warranty cost reduction), and your ROI by AI Worker type and process area. This transparency ensures your pricing directly maps to measurable impact.

Do you charge based on the size of our knowledge, content, or data used to train the AI?

No. Circuitry.ai does not charge based on the amount of data, documents, or content used to train or fine-tune AI models. Our pricing is value-aligned and straightforward: you only pay when the AI is used to augment or automate service decisions. This approach eliminates large upfront investments, reduces risk, and ensures faster time-to-value as you scale adoption.
