Circuitry.ai segregates customer data and uses it only for the customer-authorized applications. Customer content is not pooled to train another customer's models. Access to source systems is scoped to the connections and information your organization approves.
Data can be retrieved from a source system when feasible; copies used for customer-specific model preparation or inference remain within the governed customer environment.

No. Customer data is segregated and used for customer-authorized applications and customer-specific models. It is not aggregated or used to train another customer's models.

Can we use more than one AI model?
Yes. The platform's model gateway supports multiple enterprise-grade models. Model selection is evaluated against the task and deployment requirements, including quality, latency, and cost.
How does the platform integrate with existing systems?
APIs and connectors can bring context from approved CRM, ERP, FSM, DMS, and other enterprise systems into a decision and return a recommendation or approved action. The integration design and data access scope are established for each deployment.

Does our team need to replace existing applications?
