Each customer’s data and AI models are fully isolated in dedicated accounts. Customer data is never shared with any third parties. Each model is trained solely on that customer’s data, ensuring responses are accurate, relevant, and grounded in the right context.

Circuitry.ai uses industry-standard encryption to protect data when it's stored and when it's in transit. We comply with SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001, and offer customers full control over which systems or folders our platform can access.

Auditable, role-based user access
We use enterprise-grade identity and access management tools for authentication and fine-grained access control. We also support SSO (single-sign on).This makes it easy for teams to enforce internal controls, manage user privileges, and support compliance reviews. All actions and model usage are tracked and auditable.
Model transparency and explainability
Each customer's model is trained exclusively on their own data and is never influenced by external sources. Each answer generated by AI includes source links, so users can trace where information came from. For deeper insight, the platform includes tools that help teams understand how the AI arrived at a specific answer.
